At Kenzi's Creations, every item is handmade or made-to-order with care. Because of the personalized nature of many of our products, please review our policy below before placing your order.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on our products. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at kenziscreations1@yahoo.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

If the error was on our end, we'll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Order Cancellations

At Kenzi's Creations, we usually begin processing orders quickly to ensure quick turnaround times.

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
  • After 2 hours, all orders are considered final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Sizing

We are not responsible for incorrect sizes selected by the customer.

Color & Design Variations

Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, and the handmade process. These slight variations are not considered defects.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Kenzi's Creations.
