Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, size, and destination.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS to ensure your order arrives safely.

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Kenzi's Creations is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered, you will receive an email or message when your order is ready. Pickup instructions will be provided at that time.
